The new CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) program will be available in May 2021. Is your business ready for it?
The CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) project is a multi-year initiative that will transform how goods are imported into Canada. It will also alter how duties and taxes will be collected by the CRA. During Phase 1 of the roll out (May 2021) Canadian importers will have access to a new online government portal that will give them invaluable insight into their import data.
By Phase 2 (May 2022) participation in the CARM program will be mandatory. There will be significant changes that Canadian importers will need to apply to their business.
Join us on April 22nd for an exclusive CARM Webinar. We’ll let you know what changes are coming, and exactly what you can do as a Canadian importer to stay ahead of the curve.
