NEW Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS)

Here at JORI International Ltd., we are committed to improving your customer experience, and that includes informing you of the recent changes that will be affecting Canadian Exporters.

New export requirements are coming into effect resulting in the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) no longer accepting paper B13As as of June 30, 2020. The current electronic program – Canada Automated Export Program (CAED) – will not be supported as of July 17th and will be fully retired on September 30, 2020.

Canadian exporters must report exports and submit summary reports electronically through either the Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS) or the G7 Export Reporting Electronic Data Interchange (G7-EDI).

JORI International Ltd. is fully prepared to provide a seamless transition for clients who were previously set up with JORI under the CAED Program. As our client, you do not have to worry about changes like this because we are continuously updating and improving our processes to make sure your company can succeed
